Morning after breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari, 68 kms and 02 hrs. En-route visits the Padmanabhapuram Palace which is famous for its wood works. The virgin Goddess Kanyakumari has watched over the phenomenon since the beginning of time, standing at the top of the country in, as if, an unending vigil, with the water of Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal drawing to her feet. A temple stands here today, dedicated to the virgin Goddess. Visit Swami Vivekananda Statue Island. Evening watch the spectacular sunset from the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, enjoy the day at leisure on the beach or catch up with some sightseeing to churches and monuments, reflective of the Portuguese, who ruled the land once upon a time. On time, proceed to Trivandrum Airport (80 kms / 2 hrs) to connect your onward flight back to home town.
